We do not offer refunds.
In exceptional circumstances, it may be possible to reschedule an appointment up to 24 hours before the session is due to begin, but Deep Rest reserves the right to any and all final decisions about rescheduling. You can email bookings@deeprest.com to enquire about rescheduling outside of the 48 hour cut-off, though we cannot guarantee it will be possible.
You have 12 months from the booking date to use any One-to-One sessions you have booked and paid for.
Please be aware that individual programmes may have their own Terms and Conditions, which you will be asked to agree to when you commit to participation. If no such Terms are listed, all programmes, events, retreats and trainings will be covered by the Terms listed below.
Attending longer programmes means a commitment for both you as the participant and for Deep Rest as organisers and facilitators. Out of respect for all parties, please observe and adhere to the following standard policy:
A non-refundable booking and administration deposit of £200 is standard across all of our public events. In the event of a cancellation, Deep Rest will hold up to £200 of your registration fees to cover administration charges.
For retreats or training course cancellations up to 90 days preceding the event, we will refund your booking less the £200 administration fee.
For cancellations on or within 90 days of the scheduled start day, no refunds are given unless we are able to find and secure a replacement person who wishes to attend the programme in your place. If a replacement for you is found, you will receive a refund less the standard £200 administration fee.
Deep Rest will consider a compassionate refund in the event of a life-threatening or disabling illness or accident for an enrolled student, or the death of an immediate member of the family or household of an enrolled student. The definition of family or household will include spouses, children, partners/significant others, parents, step-parents, and in-laws. Participants seeking a compassionate refund are required to supply a written justification, and medical or other relevant documentation.
For bereavement, accidents, or injuries, we will consider each circumstance on a case-by-case basis and be as ethical as possible, whilst considering the best interests of all parties, including the event organisers and any hosts/partnerships involved in the booking.
In order to protect themselves against loss due to cancellation, it is recommended that participants purchase their own travel and/or event cancellation insurance.
Deciding to participate in a retreat or training course is something to consider carefully. Please be sure you wish to fully and wholeheartedly participate before booking and consider these guidelines in advance, should something untoward happen.
