Co-meditation practice

Friday 25th November, 7-8pm GMT

An Introduction and experience of the power of Co-meditation

If you work with groups or individuals, you’ll need good listening skills. Co-meditation is the simple yet profound act of deep listening and asking open, facilitative questions. Understanding another’s struggle or pain without attempting to fix, change, or pathologise is an essential aspect of becoming a good facilitator, and we will introduce you to - or help you deepen - this skillset.

If you’ve never done this before, you will be offered guidance to both facilitate and receive a co-meditation practice at the start of this ses. You’ll then move into break-out rooms and be partnered with another peer where you’ll have the opportunity to both receive and practice this open listening and holding of anothers’ experience.

Whilst this may be of special interest to those who have taken either the iRest Yoga Nidra training or Deep Rest Yoga Nidra training, anybody with any background is welcome to attend and learn from these sessions.

The sessions will be recorded for those who cannot attend live.
