Doing

As we meet our experience with curiosity and ask the question ‘who am I?’, we might begin to feel disoriented. Where is the self? What might be done about finding it? Explore practices that invite you to give up any identity: of being the meditator, of having any ground or substance, or any certainty as to what and how to find or sustain your meditation practice. Give up any doing in meditation and discover that there is nothing missing. This is it!

Session 1: Do Nothing (17 May )

How would it be to simply sit still and do nothing? Explore practices that support you to give up any and all activity, including meditating. All you need do, is nothing. About anything.

You can watch the full zoom session, or pick from the talk or practices.

Session 2: Who Am I? (24 May)

Asking this question - not intellectually - but through the lens of your lived experience, allows for a slow, methodical inquiry into finding a fixed place or firm construct of self.

You can watch the full zoom session, or pick from the talk and practices.

Session 3: This Is It (31 May)

Allow yourself to embrace this moment of experience in its entirety with no desire for it to be any different than it is. Allow yourself to stop postponing your awakening and rest in your true nature, right now, as you include the whole.

You can watch the full zoom session, or pick from the talk or practices.

Session 4: Giving Yourself To Meditation (7 June)

Over the past 5 months, you have explored a range of approaches to meditation, yet all have pointed to the same essential practice. Now you are free to simply rest in your own natural state, your own true nature.

You can watch the full zoom session, or pick from the talk or practices.
